Members can cancel their participation in ATHMA events by providing written notice within the specified cancellation period. Cancellations made after the deadline may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund. ATHMA reserves the right to cancel any event or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided. In case of membership termination, any outstanding dues or fees must be settled. Members are encouraged to review event-specific cancellation terms before registration.

If ATHMA fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or events, clients may cancel their participation with no penalty. Clients must provide written notice of cancellation due to non-performance. Any fees paid will be fully refunded if the cancellation is approved due to non-performance.
ATHMA is not liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, ATHMA may reschedule or cancel events without liability. Clients will be notified promptly of any Force Majeure situations.
ATHMA reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Members and clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will apply to future cancellations. It is the responsibility of the client to stay informed about policy updates.
