ATHMA, established in 2008, is dedicated to empowering HR professionals, fostering industrial relations, and supporting career development. By engaging with ATHMA’s events and resources, members agree to uphold the association’s core values of collaboration, respect, and mutual support. Membership provides access to exclusive resources, networking, and training opportunities. ATHMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services, events, and memberships at its discretion. All members must comply with ATHMA’s ethical guidelines and terms of participation.
Membership to ATHMA is open to HR professionals, industry leaders, and aspiring HR professionals. Members are expected to actively participate in events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Access to exclusive resources, best practices, and HR-related content is granted to all members. Membership fees, if applicable, must be paid as per ATHMA’s guidelines. ATHMA reserves the right to revoke membership for non-compliance with association policies or ethical standards.
Members must engage respectfully, fostering collaboration and mutual support. Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that undermines ATHMA’s values is prohibited. Violations may result in membership termination.
Members must comply with event-specific terms and participate in a respectful manner. ATHMA reserves the right to modify event schedules or speakers. Media captured during events may be used for promotional purposes.
All content, materials, and trademarks created by ATHMA are the property of the association. Members may not reproduce or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
ATHMA respects members’ privacy and handles personal data in compliance with applicable laws. Members consent to receive communications related to events and initiatives unless opted out. Personal data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
ATHMA is committed to social initiatives, including supporting Wheelchair Cricket and promoting inclusivity. Members are encouraged to actively participate in these initiatives. Actions that contradict ATHMA’s social values may lead to membership review or termination.
ATHMA reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance with association policies or unethical behavior. Members may voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice. Termination may occur without refund if violations are severe.
ATHMA is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during events or activities. Members participate in ATHMA’s events at their own risk. ATHMA is not responsible for any third-party actions or incidents during events.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Members agree to resolve any issues in accordance with Indian legal frameworks.
ATHMA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation signifies acceptance. It is the member’s responsibility to stay updated on any revisions.
